Both feeds contain the same posts. Use RSS unless your reader asks for Atom specifically.
How to subscribe
- Open your feed reader (for example, Feedly, Inoreader, NetNewsWire, or the RSS feature of your email client).
- Choose the option to add a new feed or subscription.
- Paste one of the feed URLs above and confirm.
Many readers also accept just https://metafields.guru/blog and find the feed on their own.
Opening the feed in a browser
Feed files are meant for feed readers, not browsers. If you open one directly, your browser shows raw XML - that is expected, and the feed still works in any reader.
