Intro​

This tutorial covers the peculiarities of a specific block. Please ensure you are familiar with the basic tutorial before proceeding.

Supported metafield types​

The given block is compatible with the following metafield types:

  1. Single-line text field *;
  2. Multi-line text field;
  3. Rich text field;
  4. String (deprecated);
  5. Number integer *;
  6. Number decimal *;
  7. Dimension *;
  8. Volume *;
  9. Money;
  10. Integer (deprecated);

The list versions are supported for the types marked with a star ("*").

Customizing your block​

After creating a block, you can adjust its appearance to match your storefront perfectly. For text blocks, you can change the text (1) and background (2) colors:

For list versions of metafields, you can select the way the data will be presented on the product page (4): a bulleted list, a numbered list, or comma-separated values:

In addition to this, you can change the space between the list items (5) and add borders (6):

You can also wrap the "dynamic" metafield content with the static pieces of text: the prefix (displayed before the metafield content) and suffix (displayed after the metafield content):
